So Jesse and I have finally moved into our new house WOO HOO even though it’s a rental, it still feels like home! With all the extra space we gained I now have more rooms to decorate (finally)! One thing we’ve really been needing is some wall décor so I’ve been referencing my past posts on DIY Artwork and DIY Wall Décor Ideas, but I have also been on the lookout for some fun DIY wall hook ideas and thought I would share some of my favorites with you!
1. Mount figurines to wood plaques and spray paint
2. Mount knobs to a board to showcase and organize your jewelry
3. Use colorful water spigots inside or outside the house
4. Mount (faux) antlers to wood boards and paint a uniform color
5. Use mounted teapot spouts or coffee mugs as hanging storage in your kitchen
6. Spools of thread would be perfect hooks for the artsy crafter
7. Create vintage charm with antique door knobs
8. Hot/cold faucets make great decorative hooks plus more (and the ever so needed) storage in a bathroom
What do you think, do you have any other ideas for unique DIY hooks? I’m thinking the figurines would be really fun in our new entry way, perhaps all painted gold?
